Opioids and Naloxone Training

This presentation provides a detailed overview of the opioid crisis and what factors have driven the rates of opioid-related hospitalizations and deaths in Canada. Along with tackling questions such as ‘What are opioids?” and “How do they work”? This presentation provides insight into how one can recognize an opioid overdose and how to administer naloxone in the hopes of saving that person’s life.
