Migrant Workers Community Program

In partnership with Pozitive Pathways Community Services. Anyone interested in obtaining a free take home HIV self-test kit must visit the I’m Ready website for more information regarding how to sign up for the program. Once you’ve signed up, follow the instructions and you can pick up a kit at the Migrant Workers Community Program office.

NOTE: When signing up for the program, select Pozitive Pathways Community Services as the pickup location even though the actual pick up location is the Migrant Workers Community Program in Leamington.
